Registration is now open for tryouts for our Perrysburg 2025-2026 travel baseball tryouts! Click here to register! The last day to register for the 8U tryouts will be July 4 and the last day to register for all other age groups (9U through 14U) will be July 11. All registration must be completed online.
The registration process is identical to what you have done in the past to register for our travel or house programs. You will log into your account and select the age group your player will be trying out for and complete the registration process. You may also click here to begin the process. All players must be Perrysburg city or school district residents unless they are currently on a Perrysburg travel team.

Important notes to parents: Please be sure to have your player arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the time of tryouts. We have a check in station at the concession stands at Rivercrest and at Meyer Field for the 14u, we will have a table set up to check in. Also, this gives an opportunity for your player to warm up and be ready to go for the tryout. Also, since we have two dates listed, you have the option to have your player attend both or just one of the posted tryout dates. If your son attends both dates for their age group, the best score of the two tryouts will be taken to determine whether the player makes the team or not. Finally, DO NOT have your player wear a previous year's jersey to the tryouts. They must wear a plain tee shirt. This will be enforced and your player may not be able to try out if they wear a team jersey. They should wear baseball pants and a hat as well.
Any players wishing to play up to a higher age group must receive approval from the Travel Baseball Commissioner. The following are common reasons that have been brought up in the past:
Player would like to play “up” because of a birthday date that places them with other players in a lower grade level than their peers
Player made 8U team as 7 year old and would prefer to try out to continue with that team.
If you have any questions prior to tryouts, please contact Tim McGrady, Travel Baseball Commissioner by email at travel_baseball@pabsc.org.
We look forward to seeing you at tryouts!

Divisions: On the registration form, you will designate the primary division your daughter is trying out for (8U, 10U, 12U, or 14U). You will also have the option to select an additional division to be considered (if you meet the age requirements). At tryouts, your daughter will try out with the players of their primary choice, only.
Seasons: When you register, you may choose one, two, or all three seasons to try out for. This year we will offer the following options of what seasons the girls can play: Fall, Spring, and/or Summer. League play and tournament play will be decided by the coach after teams are formed. PABSC is offering a Banner Sponsorship fundraising opportunity to all players that will help cover some of your player(s) costs, as well as some of the costs the organization incurs that are not directly passed on to the players. Please start thinking about any companies that you would want to approach for this opportunity. The 2025/2026 Banner Sponsorship form is found on the Travel Softball page here. All sponsorship forms are due by September 20th, 2025. The following levels will be offered. Please note, player payback is per family, per company. (Example: If multiple players secure 1 - $500 Gold sponsorship from ABC Company, the players would need to split the payback).
Gold Level: Company logo displayed at the bottom of all Travel Softball Team Banners for $500.
Black Level: Company logo displayed at the bottom of 1 Travel Softball Team Banner for $100.
Additional fundraising opportunities may be facilitated at an individual team level, and must be approved by the VP Softball or Travel Softball Commissioner.
Uniforms will stay the same for next year.
If your daughter played for the Jackets Travel team during the last 2 years and has outgrown her pants or helmet and you would like to sell them, you may fill this out at any time before August 1st. The survey results will be shared with other parents after August 1st. Survey: Pants and Helmets for Sale.
We will make the full list of used items available for purchase after teams are formed, and before we submit the large uniform order to Boombah (uniform vendor). Seller may price items however they like.
Our program is primarily meant to serve Perrysburg city and school district residents, but we do take a limited number of non-residents. Anyone registering who does not live in Perrysburg will have a non-resident fee charged.
PABSC understands that circumstances may arise that may hinder a families ability to pay for registration fees. If you have a situation that prevents your family from registering your children, please email president@pabsc.org. Your email should include your children’s name(s), what kind of assistance you are requesting, and a brief reason why you are making such request. The members of the Executive Board will review all requests. Financial assistance can range from partial to full scholarship. The league also has the ability to offer your family a payment plan.
If you make us aware of your need to cancel your registration prior to the registration deadline, you will be offered a full refund minus any credit card/registration system fees. Because we order uniforms as soon as registration closes, we can only offer a refund of 50% of the fee if dropped before March 15 and that drops to 20% if dropped before March 31. After those dates, no refunds will be issued.
