Employment

PABSC hires youth to work in the concessions stands at both Rivercrest and Municipal Parks and to umpire house baseball/softball games. We also hire very limited grounds staff.  Hiring begins in March and April each year for the upcoming season and continues until all positions are filled.  We will keep applications on file once all positions are filled in case of openings during the season.  Please note the specific requirements for each position listed below.

Concessions
Age: must be at least age 15 1/2 before April 1 of the current year
Experience: none required, but food service/cashier experience is a plus

Umpires
Age: must be at least age 13 and in 7th grade before April 1 of the current year
Experience: none required, but baseball or softball knowledge/experience is a plus

Field Prep/Grounds
Age: must be at least age 18 before March 1 of the current year
License: valid driver's license is required
Experience: none required, but baseball or softball knowledge/experience or grounds crew experience is a plus
