The Perrysburg Amateur Baseball/Softball Commission (PABSC) would offer a college scholarship towards financial assistance for higher education to both a female and a male graduating senior who is eligible based on the criteria listed. It is the Scholarship Committee's intent that this be an annual, one time scholarship based on merit.
